The work

The bag had to protect cameras and lenses without looking like a camera bag, and work for both a shoot and a normal day out. We designed the form and the modular interior, specced materials and finishes, and ran prototype feedback with photographers.

What we did

• Bag and interior design: a soft-structured full-grain Italian leather exterior with custom foam inserts wrapped in Alcantara and repositionable dividers.
• Modular straps: interchangeable crossbody, shoulder, and wrist options with minimal hardware.
• Material and finish board sourced with suppliers in Italy and Portugal, plus spec sheets for production.

Outcome

Delivered with production-ready spec sheets and a sourced material and finish board.
